This notice describes how Sysda Tech Ltd handles information submitted through this website’s contact form.

Information you provide

The form collects your name, email address, optional company name, enquiry topic and message. Please do not send patient records, medical details, passwords or other sensitive information.

How we use it

We use your details to receive, assess and respond to your enquiry. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Email delivery and security

Your enquiry is sent to the company’s receiving inbox through its configured email provider. The website does not save enquiry messages in an application database. Copies may remain in company email systems and their backups.

The contact endpoint uses temporary request counters to limit repeated submissions. Where configured, Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for automated abuse and processes technical browser information for that purpose.

Retention and your requests

Enquiry correspondence may be retained while it is needed to respond to you and for relevant business recordkeeping. You can ask about access, correction or deletion by selecting “Other enquiry” on the contact form or replying to correspondence from our team.

This notice concerns the company website contact form. The MedixGrid, MedixGrow and Octane services may have separate privacy notices covering their own data processing.
